Based on a Bloomberg report, Claude Guillemot as Co-Founder of Ubisoft died on Friday 19 June 2026 at the age of 69 as a result of the plane crash he was traveling in.
It all started when he traveled to a city called La Baule in France using his private plane. Based on official news circulating, it was said that his private plane had an accident while trying to land.
You need to know, Claude Guillemot is one of the 5 Guillemot brothers who formed the Ubisoft company in 1986, namely Yves, Claude, Gerard, Christian and also Michel. Even though he rarely appears in public as the Co-founder of Ubisoft, his role in running the company is no less important than before until now.
